How you will make an impact:

As a CNA/RA, you will be part of the healthcare team, providing support to residents with their daily living needs under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director and ED/AED. In this role, you’ll assist with personal care, basic nursing tasks, social activities, and light housekeeping to help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule: Both full and part-time positions available. All schedules include alternating weekends and occasional holidays.

What you will need:

Resident Assistant or CNA experience (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in senior care (preferred).
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Respect and maintain resident confidentiality.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow the facility's safety guidelines.
Follow infection control and universal precaution procedures.
Stay alert to safety hazards, clean up spills, and keep hallways clear during cleaning.
