What You’ll Do:
As a Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with compassion and attentiveness. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, and transferring)
• Supporting mealtime needs including setup, serving, and cleanup
• Completing resident laundry and light housekeeping tasks
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health or behavior (e.g., choking, fever, chest pain, unusual vital signs, etc.)
What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Experience in senior living or caregiving (Preferred)
• A heart for seniors and a service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, move, or assist residents as needed
