Better Living is seeking a Sales & Operations Specialist to support multiple senior living communities across the region. In this high-impact role, you’ll travel weekly to help guide teams, boost occupancy, and ensure operational excellence during times of transition.

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales & Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as a regional resource and leader, stepping in where you’re needed most to support operations and drive performance. You’ll:
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy
• Support or temporarily manage daily community operations
• Assist with regulatory compliance and quality improvement
• Strengthen staff teams and promote a positive workplace culture
• Support training, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience as an Executive Director, LNHA, or Regional Director of Operations in senior living or long-term care (Required)
• A strong foundation in both sales and operational leadership
• High degree of adaptability and willingness to travel weekly
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and mentoring skills
• A passion for creating better living experiences for seniors
