How you will make an impact:
As a Sales/Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital support leader for Better Living communities, stepping into sales or operational roles during leadership vacancies or urgent needs. In this dynamic and flexible position, you’ll travel weekly to different communities, offering hands-on assistance to stabilize teams, drive occupancy, and uphold company standards. Your focus will be on strengthening culture, fostering resident-centered care, and leading with heart, adaptability, and professionalism.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with weekly travel to communities.
What you will need:
- Must have prior experience as an Executive Director, LNHA, or Regional Director of Operations in Long-Term Care or Senior Living (Required).
- Strong background in both sales and operations, ideally in senior living or healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead during times of transition or change.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to short-notice assignments.
- Ability to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support staff training and morale.
