How you will make an impact:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. This includes designing and scheduling programs, coordinating with outside groups, and ensuring activities meet quality standards. In addition to organizing events, you may provide personal care and delegated nursing services as needed. This role reports directly to the Community Director and plays a key part in enhancing residents’ quality of life through meaningful enrichment opportunities.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with a morning shift schedule, with some weekends.
What you will need:
- High school or GED
- 2-5 years of experience working with the senior population (Required).
- Experience in planning and leading activities for seniors (Required).
