Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for senior living? Pearl City Place is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead growth efforts, build strong referral relationships, and drive occupancy through effective marketing and outreach.

What You'll Do:
Develop and lead sales & marketing strategies to meet community goals
Handle inquiries, nurture leads, and conduct engaging tours
Build and grow referral relationships in the community
Track leads and performance using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to support resident move-ins
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within Assisted Living or senior living
Experience managing inquiries, tours, and move-in processes
Strong external business development skills
Excellent communication and closing abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems to track outreach and results
A passion for serving older adults and their families
Strategic mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
